📍 Project Kick-Off & Site Analysis

The total investment for our full-service design package is $8,000, divided into four equal payments of $2,000 at key milestones. This payment structure allows clients to move through the design process in clear, manageable stages while ensuring uninterrupted focus on their project.

We take on only one project at a time to provide undivided attention, delivering a fully personalized and thoughtful approach to bring your unique vision to life. Booking dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend securing your spot early to begin creating your dream outdoor space.

Upon initial deposit,  clients will immediately receive a Welcome Package via email. This package outlines the next steps, design schedule, payment plan, consultation details, and other key information.

The Full Design Development Package typically takes 8-12 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the project and the client's responsiveness. 

Clients will receive regular updates throughout the process, ensuring steady progress while maintaining high-quality attention to detail.

The final design package will be delivered in PDF format via email or through a secure share link. If desired, the final design package can also be printed and shipped at an additional cost, which will be outlined in the Welcome Package.

Payments for the Design Development package are collected in four installments of $2,000, each tied to specific milestones. Work on each phase begins only after the corresponding installment is paid.

1st Installment (Booking / Before Consultation #1): Covers project setup, site plan drawings, site analysis, and the 1-hour Consultation #1.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase a refund is available minus $500 scheduling & prep fee.

• After 48 hours from purchase, the 1st installment is non-refundable. If you choose not to continue, remaining installments are cancelled.

2nd Installment (Before Consultation #2): Covers creation of two concept plans, including plant/material mood boards and programmatic layout. This installment is due before work begins. Once work starts, the 2nd installment is non-refundable.

3rd Installment (Before Consultation #3): Covers the start of detailed design, including draft planting plan, hardscape layout, and material selections in 2D. This installment is due before work begins. Once work starts, the 3rd installment is non-refundable.

4th Installment (Before Consultation #4): Covers Revision #1 based on client feedback, development of 3D renderings and construction details, Consultation #4, final revisions (Revision #2), and full project/package handoff. This installment is due before beginning this stage. Once paid, the 4th installment is non-refundable, and all remaining work will be completed until the package is delivered in full.

This structure ensures fairness while protecting the time, resources, and work invested at each stage, and provides clients with all materials created up to the point of cancellation.
